Technology professional for over 12 years with a broad scope of IT experience.  I have worked at a large corporate help desk, many years desk side support, worked in a 24 x 7 Network Operations Center where I proactively monitored customer WAN/LAN connections.  I was the Network Administrator in a regional area where I supported all local offices, plants, cross docks and worked on many start-ups and shut-downs off offices.  I am currently an IT Specialist/IT Site Manager at a plant where I manage all IT related issues at my location.  I work with vendors on contracts, review all IT related bills, maintain all IT related work processes and procedures.
